Located in the heart of Norwich, this bed and breakfast has been an ongoing project for many years. It is a Grade II listed Georgian townhouse, full of character and charm, which compliments the minimalist furniture we have helped to supply.

Set over many floors, we specified a large lighting installation from Bocci, to create an impressive feature over the staircase. The cast glass pendants flow all the way to the ground floor, highlighting the grandeur of the building.

This is the largest bedroom the b&b offers, featuring a super-king sized bed. We had a large bespoke headboard made using Alcantara fabric and a bed valance to match, giving it a robust yet elegant feel. Also supplied was a Ligne Roset Mix and Match rug which we had made to fit the space. Keeping with the simplistic design, a matching Hulsta chest and bedsides were chosen to maximise storage space. On the other side of the room, is a day bed covered in Zimmer and Rohde fabric with contrasting mustard and navy cushions to compliment the artwork.

In keeping with minimal design, this bedroom represents a calm and neutral space. With Bocci’s unique shaped porcelain pendants, they were the perfect option to add interest to this room.

The Italian company Zanotta is featured throughout the property, including the bed and bedsides shown above. Covering the majority of the wooden floor, the Mix and Match by Ligne Roset rug has again been made to soften the room.

In the linen room, our challenge was to supply a storage solution that maximised the space, as well as providing organised areas within the wardrobe. This was achieved by Pianca, where we were able to scale the width and height to fit the room and personalise the interiors to fit the clients needs.

In the communal kitchen for the B&B, storage was needed for the guests essential items. Pianca was able to provide a playful take on this using an open shelving system with different colours. A Pianca sideboard has also been installed in a matching finish providing enough storage for all the guests.

The downstairs reading area needed to have a burst of colour, so we hand chose a selection of fabrics from Manuel Canovas and Designers Guild to make into cushions which pulled out the colours from the books and other decorative items.
