The Moomin True To its Origins Tall Storage Jar is part of the Moomin series, ‘True to Its Origins’, based on Tove Jansson’s last Moomin novel, ‘Moominvalley in November’ as well as ‘Moominpappa at Sea’. The style of the pictures demonstrates Tove Jansson’s exceptional ability to express her mood and deepest emotions with simple drawings. Beautifully capturing the original illustrations, the jar is monochrome with little touches of orange, highlighting the lamps and the sunset through the open window. Made of study porcelain with an airtight rubber seal it is suitable for coffee, tea or a generous supply of cookies.
